  2. Great work! Looks beautiful and delicious.

    My only note would be changing the raw blackberry. It’s kind of an eyesore as it is. You could candy halves in black pepper caramel, do a nice thick purée or gastrique. If want to keep it raw maybe slice it.

    On a side-note a lot of times raw fruit on a plate like this won’t digest well. Even a light cook makes a lot of difference here.
