I went from 160 to 135 last year eating 1200 on sedentary days and 1500 on active days. Once I hit 135 I switched to strength training and stuck to a bulk program for 4 months & now itโ€™s time to trim down a bit to see the muscle Iโ€™ve built!

Not pictured is 1/2 an extra slice of each pizza at the end! The pizza calories are just an estimate since itโ€™s takeout, but I was craving it and certainly had calories leftover after a light day. I

My lunch really surprised me – all of that is tracked accurately and it was only 200 calories which is crazy. I did think shrimp had more protein per shrimp so thatโ€™s disappointing since a bag costs almost $20 here! The 7 shrimp is 1/4 of a bag ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Iโ€™m very excited to trim down because it feels so easy this time since I only have 5lbs to go instead of 25 like last time ๐Ÿ™‚
