Hi! I could really use some advice here.

I started my calorie deficit about almost 6 months ago. I started with 122lbs (5'3 or 160cm 33F) my job is quite sedentary (web development) and I don't exercise much, I do yoga 2-3 times a week and walk 6k-8k daily.

I started because I was diagnosed with low estrogen and ovarian cysts I don't have PCOS because my testosterone is not high and I don't have insulin resistance.

Anyways 6 months ago I noticed that I was gaining weight too easily so I decided to go into strict calorie deficit so I started eating 1200-1250 cals daily eating mostly protein and fruits. I weight and track everything and so far I've lost 10lbs ish

I'm slightly disappointed that it has taken me so long for me to lose weight but at least I lost weight.

My goal was to reach 110lbs but I'm getting close to 6 months into my deficit and I don't feel like doing it anymore, I want to take a break but I'm scared to increase my calories because it seems that if I eat more than 1250 I gain weight because this week I got sick so I thought I could eat some more and I went from my lowest 111.4 on March 1st to 113.8 today.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

TL;DR: I have only lost 10lbs within 6 months eating 1200 cals and now I'm scared to go into maintenance because recently I increased my calories and gained 1lb. (112-113.8lbs 5'3 33F low estrogen issues)
