  1. I currently have sticky toffee on my dessert menu and I’ve been trying to come up with a way to make it actually look good. This is great! Are you just using a regular Bundt pan?? Also, do you still steam it?

    Have you tried putting the quenelle in the little bunt slot with the point upwards? It looks like it fits just righttttt.
