    I would eat the heck out of this dish! Are the chickpeas crispy or..? What if anything is in the tofu stuffing? Also by beet green do you mean the beet leaves? Sorry for all the questions, just super into this haha

    This is nice. I like crispy chickpeas, so it seems like there’s a fair amount of texture going on.

    I think you’re short an element to really make it pop. Something to break up the presto drag, or contribute to the visual texture of the blossoms.

    I’m not a vegetarian but I would definitely eat that! Looks delicious!
