It’s very nice and great staging, but I would like to see some contrast on the ground level of the plate as well. Maybe a strawberry coulis or a Port glazing?

What is the quenelle in the back? From this angle, it looks very separated from the pear and the two don’t really seem to go together.

I don’t even care about the imperfect details surrounding it and I don’t know if you came up with it yourself, but that ring on the pear is such a simple and clever presentation, it’s absolutely perfect to me and I hope I’ll remember it. I also really hope it’s that chip is made of pear.

You can charge way more for a plate if you have an object going through a hole in another object.
