Visited the Tillamook factory for the first time, the girl giving samples knew a ton about cheese and recommended getting this 4 year aged cheddar. They release these Maker’s Reserve every three years.

I want to wait to taste it with my family so now I have to resist eating it for a week😩pray for my self control

  1. When we visited last August, I got the 2012 Private Reserve. So good but very crumbly, almost like a Parmesan.

  2. I used to work there and one year for employee appreciation day they gave us a Tillamook Reserve block of white cheddar from 2012. So good

  3. The Tillamook factory in Tillamook, Oregon, has a cafeteria as you exit the tour (self guided). The tomato soup with cheese curds and the grilled cheese are mind blowing experiences!
