  1. The local grocery store often offers individually cut beef back ribs and they recently caught my eye again. I picked up two packs, four pieces total and 2.6 lbs worth.

They were prepared the night before the meal with sea salt to tenderize the meat and the next morning I added a favorite newer homemade beef rub.

The beef back ribs were placed on a preheated grill along with water trays & smoked with hickory & apple woods. Indirect cook temps were set at ~235 F (at the grill surface) for the ~4.5 to 5 hour cook. And I brushed a premium award winning BBQ competition sauce on three of the four beef back ribs in the last hour or so of the cook. And I served them with fresh sliced French bread.

These beef back ribs came out amazing, and are a personal top top favorite meal. Highly recommended!

Enjoy & have a nice Sunday.
