It’s a bit unoriginal, it looks exactly like your last plate, only you have exposed the main dish. Kudos for that, but in this case, you should have left it covered, because the filling looks pretty unappetizing as is. Next time try for some variation in your garnishes and plate choices.
Edited to add: I’m not sure why you insist on covering everything in thick truffle slices, but just because you can, doesnt mean you should. Truffle is too strong of a flavor, and that plate is like, half truffle, there are more truffle slices on that plate than there are bites of food, its way, way too much.

Back to the drawing board on this one chef, sorry. Nothing about it is working for me at all.
I love your previous posts which is why I’m saying. Don’t mean to be harsh. It’ll work some way, play around with it a bit. Separate the elements a bit maybe. Def use a different plate.
