Its either my phone. But there’s a bit too much char on your scallops (unless you wanted that bitter note) *which i love.
Organization is a bit too overwhelmed.
Colors are good.
But again feels stuffed.
I would suggest more simplicity.

I like most of the ingredients, however the carrot is unessesary.
The plating however, uhhh leaves somthing to be desired…. As well as the cook on the scallops.

The yellow sauce squirted around the edges of the plate is bad looking, especially since it seems to be dripping back into the dish. Next time, just create a neat pool for your elements to sit on. The scallops are overly seared, the celery greens are obtrusive, and the sunchokes look like you just scattered them over the dish haphazardly and there is greasy spatter and fingerprints all over the chipped plate. Super sloppy altogether, and seeing those fingerprints would make me lose my appetite, I would leave the restaurant if that plate was placed in front of me.
