  1. Just messing around in the kitchen and grabbed some different prep I had laying around. Tasty little dish but definitely needs refinement/direction

  2. The scallops look divine, but I think there’s too much puree on the plate. A nice healthy swipe on one side of the scallops would present better, imo. I don’t see hardly any char on the clementine. I think I’d plate the sprout flowers on top of the clementine instead of the puree for a color contrast. It looks like it tasted wonderful. Scallops are my favorite.

    ETA what sort of flavor profile are you aiming for here?

  3. All looks delish. I’d combine the 3 piles is brussels into 1 and place that on top of the 3 scallops for height.

  4. Using brussel sprouts as little cabbages for slaw is really cool. Did you pickle it or dress it? Sorry I’m really intrigued by this slaw. Scallops look perfect btw

  5. Clementine and Brussels tell me fall winter but zucchini is summer. Kind of weird to mix the two imo. Looks well executed

  6. The Orange is nice, maybe some nice lardons?! Would pair nice with the Brussels and scallops plus it would tie the burnt Orange
