Looks absolutely delicious OP. Whilst it may not quite fit the modern aesthetic often sought on this sub I love the colours – the dish is vibrant, whimsical, fun, not-too-serious and I’d be happy to be served it.

  2. I’d be happy to be served this in a lower mid-range Pakistani restaurant, or delighted in someone’s home, but I don’t like the style at all, and, frankly, it looks very dry to me.

If I were doing this, I’d probably add another component like a hari chutney, plate that on the bottom, patty on top, garnish dotted around (maybe fresh and fried onion in smaller pieces, still some pomegranate, a few small pieces of coriander), and then rice served separately.

I generally don’t like this style of grilled tomato with anything, would much rather a grilled chilli, and the dried chillies are an easy no for me.
