This is gorgeous and makes me feel some kinda way. I think the drizzle on the plate is making the plate feel messier than it needs to. Maybe a thicker pour tight to the salad, or just drizzled on the salad before garnishing.

Aged balsamic reduction. Hmmm. A good balsamic that’s been aged is already syrup and shouldn’t need to be reduced any further. By reducing it you will destroy its esters aswell.
