    This is gorgeous and makes me feel some kinda way. I think the drizzle on the plate is making the plate feel messier than it needs to. Maybe a thicker pour tight to the salad, or just drizzled on the salad before garnishing.

  2. Aged balsamic reduction. Hmmm. A good balsamic that’s been aged is already syrup and shouldn’t need to be reduced any further. By reducing it you will destroy its esters aswell.

  3. This is gorgeous! Scrolling along and I thought this was a painting it’s so well done. And sounds absolutely delicious as well😊
