  1. This was my first menu item that wasn’t pizza at any job. I’m happy with this plate. Purée could be smoother. There’s always room for improvement

  2. I’m just curious which island you grabbed inspiration from, I’m from Barbados and our fishcakes are very different so I’m always interested in learning new things about other islands. Or is the flavour/spices Caribbean driven?

    I think the fish cakes are a little burnt on the outside. not sure about the flavors of the dish but looks tasty
