  1. I love burnt basque cheesecake, what I would say, is with it being quite a rich dish, think it needs more acid on the plate to cut through all that fat and sugar.

    The espresso caramel looks so delicious! I like the line on the cheesecake. If the meringue and cheesecake were same width it would be perfect!

    So pretty. I love the blue plate with the toasted meringue, gives it a real retro look.
