  1. I’m sure the flavor is amazing but visually, I’d love to see this with a white/lighter colored sauce — like velouté. I just don’t love the brown-ish yellow sauce against peas and lobster. Think everything would pop more on a clean white sauce.

    Bet it tasted wonderful though

    I don’t usually eat mushrooms but this looks so good I feel like I’d enjoy them anyways with the dish

  4. I think this would look better if the lobster were presented in a more traditional way or halved. Something about this hits my eye wrong.
