First post- I realize mods frown on soups but I’d consider this more of a vegetable presentation….

Colorful and definitely has a “Spring”vibe. Needs some spice/heat for a flavor contrast. Perhaps a chili oil or crisp. Soups are spoon ready. The veg need to be spoon ready. Your choices for vegetables are spot on! Nice job!

The most beautiful soup! The crunchy potatoes are a nice touch, personally I’m not a fan of raw zucchini but if it’s thin… is that infused oil or just nice olive oil?

Not the prettiest green color for the soup. Have had great success blending fresh spinach in pea soup to bolster the color without adding flavor. Pretty dish overall!
