The dressing isn’t doing anything good on the plate and the potato, the sole component of food, is covered in what sort of looks like bagged pre shredded salad mix.
I’d say this is a bit of a do-over.
Be more minimalist with the decoration on top of the potato and use the leafy greens around it instead.
Sauces can go on the plate but dressing is as the name indicates – For dressing (the salad)
I’d recommend rethinking this as a salad dish with uniform slices of the potato instead.

The fresh greens are very inviting. I think the biggest critique I can offer is to try presenting the sauce in a more thoughtful manner. Maybe try a brush or plating tool. Otherwise I would order this all day long! Looks great!

Kinda weird. Arugala? You couldn’t just make arugal oil run it threw a cheese cloth, would probably make more sence texture wise. Are you charring the bottom of it/potato skin?
