    That egg one’s gonna be a messy bite, but I don’t mind that. Really nice looking tostadas. I’d love to see the actual tostada a tiny bit bigger to give some negative space for all the stuff on top. Black beans look a little dry. Really good looking though, I’d eat the shit out of these.

    Sound dope as fuck. Personally I’d 86 the micro greens and replace that with a few chive batons, thin bias cut gronion, chili oil, and or some other kind of bright sauce.

  3. Plating looks awesome and the food looks great, I always refry or at least smash the beans for tostadas at home. They stick better that way lol, looks awesome still 10/10

  4. Looks nice. Gonna fall apart completely a couple bites in though. I don’t think the extra height really lends itself to practicality, in this case.

  5. These look beautiful but I have to agree with some other comments that practicality took a hit here. Refried/smashed black beans would help things stay together and solve some of the height issue so things stay together better while eating. Also, a little drizzle of a smooth salsa or crema would go a long way (except maybe the fried egg one, which makes its own sauce lol).

    I agree that they’re a bit tall. I’d mash or refry those beans to make it stick better and shorten it a little, and get rid of the microgreens. I swear everything has to have microgreens now. I’d also get the cuts on the red onion a little more consistent. Would definitely eat the hell out of them, though.
