I actually like the way this looks. My problem is that I’d have to knife and fork it, which sounds like a bit of work for a salad. But all I all, I like the contrast of colors and textures here

Are those pickled mustard seed? What type of mustard seed should I get to achieve this texture? I’ve tried with dried, and that doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions / recipes??

I feel like you had me until the oil drizzle on the plate sauce. If you cleaned that up, made it a bit more whimsical (differently sized dots maybe?), and got rid of the chili seeds I think this is killer.

Remove chili seeds, they look sloppy.
Try adding the chili oil (?) in progressively increasing drops, instead of random squirt.

Kind of looks like that one posted the other day with the cucumbers shaped like teardrops, except someone has started eating this one. Feels a little bit too chaotic for my liking
