I would love to see what “healthy” microwave meals you all have in your countries?? I’m in Ireland and my go to is “fit foods”. They have about 10 options I would guess. My favourite is the whole meal pasta with minced beef.
I still do clean eats kitchen and mix in the standard smart ones meals. Its a bit high in sodium, but there’s a multitude of studies showing that if you have no medical conditions which require low sodium, then moderate intake is perfectly fine so long as you hydrate. But that’s YMMV. FWIW I drink 1 gallon + of water daily.

This is all ultra processed, you should take a look at the ingredients. It’s likely it’s full of emulsifiers, stabilisers and other nasty stuff.

None of them. I live in Germany and all of them are salty and horrible. I miss Britain, they have excellent ready meals.

I work at a place called FitAF. We actually make fresh and healthy meals and our options change every week. If anyone in these comments is in PA check out our site and see if we deliver to you. Drop me a pm if you decide to order and I’ll slip you a discount code.

Smart Ones ham and cheese scramble, I don’t know how healthy they are re: additives and sodium and all that, but they’re high protein, keep me full, and only 200 cals. Also always on sale at Kroger. I have one almost every day for lunch
Like lean cuisines but better, and actually filling.

Australia has MyMuscleChef which is absolutely unreal. Favourite would be crumbed chicken and potatoes, but they have loooaaads of options for whatever dietary aims you have – including larger portions for bulking!

Yeah these are mad handy for diets!! I love grabbing one of these when I’m too lazy to cook!! They’re actually really nice! I’m not mad about microwave food, but there’s a few of these fitness brands, that make some delicious microwavable stuff!

Fit foods are decent if your on the go.
I’ve taken to making some beef chilli and rice recipes (with macros) and freezing them for post-workout.

America does have healthy ready meals depending on your idea of healthy and where you live.
Previously I lived in the east coast and we didn’t have a trader joes but a Fresh Market, Kroger and Publix. All three would put out fresh ready meals. Some of them were like those blue apron type meals where it came equipped with all the ingredients, already measured, proportioned and all you had to do was cook it per the included instructions. They had things like pork and apple chutney with vegetables or some sort of balsamic chicken with greenbeans and almond to sprinkle as a topping.
Fresh market would also (either daily or weekly) have meal deals where they would come up with a menu and they would give you a choice. Buy this protein or that protein, by this side or that side and it would come with a recipe. Again it was fresh food. They told you what to make, you just needed to buy the ingredients and because it was a “deal” it would be cheaper than normally buying each item together.
There was one Indian seasoned chicken with an apricot, squash and zuccini rice ready meal I used to purchase all the time it was delicious.
Right now I live in an area without those stores. My one lazy persons meal I do get sometimes is the Kevin’s natural food brand. It’s sousvide protein. I’m sure it still has a lot of salt content. The Kevin’s thai coconut chicken is really good. I cook up a batch of rice to go with it. Split it in half and I have enough for me for 2 meals.
I also really like some of the pre-made salad mixes. My go to is the medditerranean crunch by Taylor Farms. I ate it tonight for dinner. I cooked up 2 small salmon filets and shredded them on top. It again, gives me 2 meals. One for dinner and one for lunch the next day. I just add a wee bit more feta cheese.

None. I live in America and pretty much everything that is prepackaged is terrible for you. I eat 90-95% from scratch.
These look great though, wish we had them here!
Trader Joe’s frozen butter chicken!
Healthy Choice Zero Chicken Verde 💚
I do Factor, but you order it to your house and can’t buy it at the grocery store.
Otherwise, anything at Trader Joe’s all the way!
