    Ingredients:

    – 1 Healthy Choice Organic Fudge Bar (100 cals)

    – 2 Oreo thins (70 cals)

I take a fudge bar out of the freezer and let it sit for 5-10 mins to soften up, then use a spoon to slide it off the popsicle stick into a small bowl and mash it up a little. Then I add two Oreo thins and smash them up with my spoon. I’m an ice cream fiend and this hits the spot for me!

  2. Chocolate ice cream with Oreos is my biggest weakness and probably half of the reason I gained weight. Thanks so much for sharing!!

What works as “ice cream” for me is some quark/greek style kinda yogurt mixed with flavor drops (like banana) and then frozen for a couple hours, giving it a mix or two in between. 😋

Love those fudge bars – they come in a big box at Costco. I unwrap 2 (I thought they are 90 cal ea but maybe that’s the WW version) and let them sit in a bowl for 30 minutes and slide them off the stick, toss in a few walnuts and it’s my sundae. I’d struggle not to eat the whole package of cookie thins if I bought them so all hail to you – this looks way yummy!
