    Back on the wagon, only for cosmetic purposes. And boy, it sucks.

    I’m a 5’1″ woman and when I previously lost 40lbs I wasn’t working much. I didn’t go to the gym, and I was overall sedentary. 1200 was plenty, and it was fine.

    Now I’ve been going to the gym consistently for a year, I go 5 days a week. I am working a physical job full time. And I have plenty more muscle on me now. I was trying to stick to 1350-1400 cal a day for a few weeks now as I try to lose 10lbs just to look better and…. I was pretty miserable. Hungry all the time, no energy at the gym, felt miserable and like giving up daily.

    So now I’m joining the 1500 club.
