  1. The salsa sounds/looks awesome. I’ve never had cooked yellowtail but I’d try your dish. The only thing I find off putting is the color of the asparagus. I’m a home cook, so may or may not be technique savvy, but maybe blanching the asparagus would keep it a little more green. Or maybe searing them so they get a little char. Otherwise, looks like a solid meal.
