Probably the papaya salad, you don’t know how fatty the meat would be, and the papaya one doesn’t have any

Papaya salad but it doesn’t really sound fitting for an entree.

I would get the chicken salad with dressing on the side if possible.

Personally, I’ve always found that salads actually have a surprising amount of calories (maybe because of the oil in most dressings?). The safest for me at restaurants has been getting a steak or chicken breast entree with extra roasted veggies instead of starch and a side salad with just balsamic vinegar on the side.

I was thinking the spicy chicken. The papaya has peanuts which can be loaded with calories and the traditional thai dressing is sus too

  5. Probably the papaya salad. But I think the chicken salad would be much more filling. Plus, a lot more protein.

Screw the calories, what sort of Hunger-Games-Capitol-level-Opulence prices are these?

I would say papaya salad as the traditional Thai dressing contains sugar but no oil

  8. I would guess spicy steak was the lowest. Fruit (papaya) tends to be higher calorie/high-sugar (which is fine depending on your diet of choice), and the spicy chicken had peppers, while the spicy steak didn’t. Duck is very fatty imo so I expect it to be higher cal

    Depends on those dressings.

Assuming dressings on the side: For lowest calorie, I think it *might* be the Papaya Salad, but depends on how much peanut it has on it.

But I’d go for the Spicy Chicken Salad or Spicy Steak Salad with the ground rice and dressing on the side. That protein is worth the calories for satiety.
