Honestly would leave the micros off this one and just let the Browns and that gorgeous plate speak for themselves, but it’s so minor it might even just be personal preference.

The tart looks great — 9/10. From an appearance point of view, it would be great if the ice cream was a different color. Understand that would mean a different flavor, of course. Don’t get discouraged by any criticism; you’re 90% there.
