This is my favorite cheese of all time. It comes once a year at Aldi, late fall to December. Sometimes they will have a similar caramelized onion cheese for minor holidays. I always look forward to seeing this cheese though. It’s incredibly sharp, the sharpest cheddar I have tried. It’s kind of dry and crumbly. Any suggestions for an intense sharp cheddar to tide me over til fall?
