Is this for home or for a restaurant? These flavors sound great but I do think proportions might be a little off. I would maybe put the fish on a small bed of rice (maybe use a cookie cutter so it’s uniform). Also the greens on top as well as the drops of sauce could be a little more uniform. But it does sound really good and creative!

It just doesn’t feel cohesive or like the flavors play that well together. I want more direction. Pick a flavor profile and dive deeper into it.

It’s looks like you scraped all the burnt fish into a pile at the bottom of it and served like that

The fish should be cooked a tad bit slower. It’s burnt. Sea bass will get a beautiful golden brown cust and will just start to threaten to pull apart in flakes when cooked properly. The rice doesn’t sound very good. I personally detest cheese with fish. To each their own, definitely work on cooking your fish though, sea bass is wonderful.

  5. This looks great, yeah if you’re being nit picky maybe it’s not perfect. Dots might look better all touching as opposed to unevenly spaced out. But this looks great.
