It might just be a bad angle/light but the film on top of that consomme makes it look like the plate was still soapy when you plated up.

I feel like its missing something, not entirely sure what though. Some more color, or taking more space up. Some flowers, a more colorful bowl, or a smaller one too, might help

great composition, like a forest scene. nicely done op. little oil on the surface of the consomme i’m guessing maybe running off the veg and thus heading across the plate but that’s only an issue in photos, i bet. probably not really noticeable in person (and also i don’t care about that personally)

I love thΓ© way itβs placed so that itβs given depth, you really considered the shape of the bowl. Also it looks delicoso and now Iβm hungry.
Beach mushrooms are the shit! Same with maitakes.
