  1. Out of curiosity, how did you come up with 150 calories for 6oz of chicken?
    The app I use brings up 295 calories for 6oz boneless skinless chicken breast. 🤷‍♀️

  2. Here’s how i did it —

    Chicken was marinated in some McCormick BBQ seasoning, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, a touch of water and a couple sprays of olive oil spray. I let that hang out for about 2-3 hours.

    Once it was ready to cook, I air fried it at 375F for 10 minutes or until it reached 160F, then i adde the BBQ sauce on top and cooked another 2 minutes just to heat up the sauce.

    Broccoli was seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Also sprayed with a little olive oil spray. Then cooked at 375F for 10 minutes (while i cooked my chicken). Once it was done i added a little lemon juice and the grated parmesan. Stirred it up to evenly coat and plated.

    Sweet potatoes were cubed and boiled for about 20 minutes or until soft. When soft, i drained them, then added in the light butter, brown sugar, a little salt and cinnamon and mashed it all together.
