    Iโ€™m sure it was tasty, but thereโ€™s not much plating happening here. Itโ€™s a piece of corn bread with some compote and sugar. I hope it was tasty.

    just small things, the swoosh at the end is unnecessary and makes the plate look sloppy, try spooning the compote more on the side of the cornbread so it drools down controlled if that makes sense. i think just one good shake of powder sugar right on top of the compote would look sexier too instead of it getting on the rim

    Dude I had the same idea not to long ago! Haven’t tried it yet but I think I could do it well.
