Yesterday full day. Donut for breakfast, dip for lunch, and Costco food court hotdog for dinner. Some days it be like that. Happy to have met my goals anyway! And this is not a usual day, so please no negativity.

Days like this to me are the ultimate success, it’s easy to hit your goals when you’re making food at home but when you can hit them on a day like this is just makes you feel so good!!

Almost every Friday I get an apple fritter and fit it into my breakfast/lunch plan. It’s my joy to eat it throughout the day 😌
