  2. The way the sunflower petal in the top left is just barely hanging off is super pleasing to the eye for some reason, probably a nice break in the symmetry or something. This looks amazing

    Can I ask how long does it take to construct a dish like that, I dont mean the actual cooking but just plating it. And does it put you under lots of time pressure to get the dish out while still having it look like work of art?
