Half gallon of cream top low-temp pasteurized bougie whole milk, 1/4 tab vegetable rennet, 1/4 tsp citric acid, 1/2 tsp of salt. The whole process only took about an hour and made 2.5 of these balls!! Can’t wait to make pizza with it tomorrow
