This dish is completely vegan. Charcoal feta is homemade vegan feta made from charcoal infused coconutoil, tofu, salt, acid, garlic and onionpowder. As it hardens it’s easy to crumble like real feta. If done well and made with a good quality (not soy tasting) tofu it really has the same mouthfeel as real feta!
