Looks great, I love the green! How does pea curry work, do you have a recipe?

Looks really nice. I’d pass the curry through a tamis to get rid of the air bubbles and smooth it out. Love the sweet potato though! Maybe blanch the pea pods or dress them in olive oil to give them a little sheen. Maybe a small drizzle in the curry itself, too? Also, make sure your mint leaves are all facing shiny side up, it’s a small thing but it makes the plating feel a lot more deliberate.

Looks and sounds lovely with a few small tweaks in playing that could further enhance the presentation.
I’m wondering if there is too much curry on the plate. Seems a little imbalanced. Would be my first question looking at the dish. Easy enough fix if so.

Looks and sounds good. The garnish could use work though. I’d lose the pea pods and swap them for tendrils or shoots. Just kinda clunky on top. Kinda looses the appeal when you’re going for a fancy plate up. Also, yes, pass through a sieve or tamis to make it look more smooth.
