Ooooh I need to try it with cranberry, I have the apricot and amaretto in the fridge now and it’s ~almost~ good

What about the cracker snobs? Ritz have been banned in the UK and Canada for the presence of potassium bromate.

Do people not like Wensleysdale or something? I love the one with apricot in it.

I ate waaay too much Wensleydale with lemon and honey last night. Next time I’m going to try the blueberry!

I’m glad you like it. It means there’s a very fractionally smaller amount of the stuff in existence.

Very delicious cheese. There’s lots in the fridge.

As a former cheesemonger, I have no problems with this cheese in theory. I dislike the texture and flavor, which is just preference. What I (and my fellow coworkers) hated was just how much it LEAKED. I’ve never met a cheese that was so gross to keep. The sticky syrup would leak out of the bottom of the wheels and it was just so gross.

I like cheese with fruit (like Stilton with mango) but have never had any Wensleydale; is it similar? I’m surprised people dislike any cheese here. I like most cheese, Brie to Bleu.

It is good. Cranberry over apricot though.
