Hello everyone. I did not look at the best before date and just bought this cheese. It’s a sheep/cow milk hard cheese with truffles. It is vacuum packed and the packaging is not bloated. I think it is still good to eat but just wanted to check with you experts ☺️

    Hard Cheese, pasteurized, unbroken vacuum seal, assuming its been refrigerated properly along the chain, yes its good eats. As a parallel, block cheddar is often vacuum sealed aged for years, i’d wager your cheese might even be more of a rewarding experience than it would have been back in october. A bit more pungent and “crunchy”.
