Does dragonfruit have any taste? Or is it just for decoration? I’ve seen so many baking competition shows mention how the use of that fruit was a poor one because it’s so bland.

& I love that both the scallop & dragonfruit could potentially hold/ absorb a myriad of different flavors/ combinations ~ I wouldn’t dare change a single color in this particular display though it’s absolutely gorgeous! Perhaps sneaky sauce beneath/ on the undersides if one wanted to change it up, and some caramelization ~ I have no idea what this tastes like as is but it looks beautifully light & refreshing & perfect for warm weather. I love plum.
