  1. It’s great paired with a slice of salami and a cornichon, or you can go sweet and have it with honey or jam. Or a slice of apple.

    But honestly it’s also delicious eaten plain. You can’t go wrong.

  2. I’m slightly partial to the Merlot version but this stuff is delicious. A bit of this on a woven wheat cracker and your favorite charcuterie meat is an absolute treat!

    Be sure to let it breathe for a bit before eating. Open the package and leave it on a plate on the counter for at least 30 minutes to an hour before eating.

  4. One of my favorites, enjoy! Costco doesn’t have it but if you can find their espresso version that is amazing as well!

  5. Can anyone vouch for how this melts? I can see it making a delicious melt with caramelized onions and sliced beef as long as it doesn’t break when heated.

  6. By far one of my favourite cheeses of all time, my warehouse recently stopped carrying them and I’ve never been so heartbroken!

  7. I just opened it for the family and it’s pretty amazing. I didn’t have high hopes and was pleasantly surprised!

  8. I’m eating it right now. Wine is not the main characteristic, it’s creaminess and acidity.

    It’s sooo good. I love to make cheese sauce with it- 8 oz shredded cheese, 20g corn starch thickened in 8 oz chicken broth. Salt/pepper/herbs to taste.
