I would have spread the fig jam first, then piped ricotta beautifully as you did. Then garnish with nuts and stuff. The blobs of fig jam are unnecessary and pretentious imho.

All the extra photos belong on different subreddits. For the plating of a toast – jam:ricotta ratio is way off for me, spread jam first, then spread the ricotta (or pipe, if you must), then garnish and don’t throw random bits on the plate.

To me looks like a play on shitty french bread pizza, and I’m kinda into it. Sounds delicious.
