Just a very simple Panna cotta with lavender-lemon shortbread and blueberry compote. Leaves are lemon balm.

If not going neat with the sauce, I’d rather see it go on Jackson Pollock style with all that white. Panna cotta looks great

I like the sauce. the natural flow looks really nice with the other elements relatively tight and composed. Very pretty plate.

While a great textural addition, the crumble looks a little out of place visually. Sauce looks pretty but appears perhaps too loose to readily eat it with the panna cotta.

Great look but I’d actually prefer the crispy texture to be more involved in the dish. This way I could maybe enjoy two half spoons after trying to shovel them against the panna cotta. Have you considered a sort of crumb coat for half of the panna cotta or the addition of a tuille?

I wanna see lemon zest and vanilla bean flecks so bad. I love me some Panna. Looks great tho!

Winner. I’ve been scrolling for a little bit and this caught my eye. Panna cotta is the hero, get a little crunch, and some fruit. Well done.
