My shop is shutting down at the end of January. I recently recommended to one of my regulars, who loves the other Samish Bay Creamery fresh cheeses, the Queso Diablo, that we don’t carry, and gave him tips on how to track it down. Turns out he went to the actual creamery and brought me back a gift of about $50 worth of the stuff as a thanks for all the cheese help I had given him over the years. #cheesemongerlife

I’ve toured Samish Bay cheese a few times, love that place. Got to try a bunch of experimental dairy products they were fooling around with too.
