    I mean, I have no idea how it tastes but it looks like the first stages of something I don’t think I want to know about

  2. Can’t be cheese if it’s vegan. Cheese is made with milk.

    Call it fermented tofu or whatever but not cheese.

  3. This looks pretty awesome, and I’m particularly excited about the fact that they state that it’s made using traditional affinage techniques. There’s no reason why well-made vegan cheese and dairy cheeses can’t coexist!

    I can’t have dairy (still do and suffer greatly) but there are some vegan cheeses that aren’t bad! I like the babybel ones
