It looks delicious, do you have a recipe by chance? I just tried to make one of these the other day and it was one of my worst failures to date, I followed the recipe to a tee but it turned out completely inedible and idk why.

  2. Yup this is an omg moment. Id love a dessert invitation. Beautiful presentation. I did think there was cellophane on the pie for just a wee second. ☺️

  3. Beautiful presentation. Is that in an old pie tin as the ‘plate’? It looks knife scored like a used pie tin does over time.

So good! I’m using this as inspiration for the menu at work! Good work chef!

  5. Looked like some sort of plastic on the tart. But that was just in the first second. The rest of the plate looks stunning, I would be an extremely happy customer being served this piece of art.

  6. There’s no question that’s a 10/10 presentation. I would love to see a version with the cookie crumble, white chocolate and marshmallow at the bottom, the gel above that, then the tart toward the top. I think you’d have a very convincing sunset beach scene.

  7. I know linear with crumble is all the rage now, but I think that you made a beautiful tart that was ruined with the plating. It just looks too messy. I would love to see a clean presentation with the tart, and a bit of white chocolate decoration on top, perhaps a little crumble on that if it really needs it. I bet it’s absolutely delicious though.

  8. Absolutely beautiful, the amount of cookie crumble seems a bit excessive but that might be just me.

  9. The plate is too busy. I don’t think you need the white chocolate shavings or the crumble. If you wanted to keep the crumble for texture, then perhaps it could be placed more tidily under the marshmallows. Overall, these extra elements distract from the tart.
