Wanting to make mac n cheese. not sure how this will melt. will it be all stringy, like mozzarella? Has anyone tried melting this type of cheese?

That cheese will not melt.
Its meant to be fried up until its a little crispy and warm, then eaten.
You can’t exactly melt bread cheese. It’s like halloumi. You just warm it up in a skillet.

Not at all
I actually put cubes of bread cheese in my morning coffee sometimes.
It’s just going to be wasted as a topping, it’s good grilled so it gets brown and crispy.
