    So… how is someone supposed to eat this? The stems on the greens makes it look pretty unwieldy and the sauce with the caper berries is making it look like it has warts. Maybe a shift in the order of what is added when so you don’t have a smothered zit staring at you.

    Also, I love love love lox, and I can barely see it for the smothering toppings. For me, I would want to see the protein; I think there’s just altogether too much going on up top.

  2. I think this is quite pretty. Do I want to eat these things like this? Not really 🤷‍♂️
