Oh god no
It’s not going to kill you but I’m not sure the flavor is going to hold up under all that mold. I would take it back and get a new piece.
Cheese monger here, nope.
If is was like a 1/3rd of the wheel I would take of about 5 mm each side and see if it was deep, but onna bit this size it’s gone.

I’d slice the mould off and eat that shit but maybe that’s just me
That cheese starts out pretty rough. I’d toss that piece for sure.
