I’ve bought this cheese today and I’m curious if it’s still edible or not. I looked on search engine for this cheese and it’s without mould.
What do you all think?

    It’s not going to kill you but I’m not sure the flavor is going to hold up under all that mold. I would take it back and get a new piece.

  2. Cheese monger here, nope.

    If is was like a 1/3rd of the wheel I would take of about 5 mm each side and see if it was deep, but onna bit this size it’s gone.
