If there’s no slime, it should be fine,
When it doubt, throw it out.
Yes thatās just part of the coating. Peel both the wax and the under layer.
I don’t know, I can’t inspect it, smell it, or taste it. But you can, so do those things.
Not sure what that specific cheese is, but it looks similar to edam. Personally, I love that darker orange skin between the cheese and wax.
That’s edam, the yellowy stuff is the skin, you can eat it if you want. I like it, but it’s not for everyone.

Lots of waxed rind cheeses are double layered, one clear coat and then one colored coat. I suspect itās just that clear wax coating!
No, if you eat it you will literally burst into flames.
