This is the cheese counter at my local Smith’s. It’s as close to a Cheesemonger as we get. A lot of stock from the western US, some national and international items. They even have some full wheels of Parm from Murray’s.

  1. The Kroger/Murray’s program has their “red coat” certification for their staff. If your store has any of these individuals, they’ve gone through additional training and education that’s beyond the “this is how to cut and wrap cheese.”

    Overall, looks like a nice set!
